​人手不足を解消するためにTo resolve the labor shortage

​日本の人口減少によってもたらされる産業の衰退を、外国人の労働力で維持、発展させる目的で立ち上げたのが当事務所です。特に即戦力と期待される特定技能外国人に特化した情報を提供し、外国人の日本での生活を支援する事務所です。

This office was established with the aim of using Specified Skilled Worker to maintain and develop Japan's industrial sector, which is facing a decline in the country's population. We provide information specifically focused on  specified skilled worker who are expected to be immediately effective in the workplace, and support foreigners' lives in Japan.

​スタッフ

畑中　敏和・・・公立学校教員の後、技能実習生、特定技能外国人の監理、支援活動、通訳をボランティア活動も含め20年間以上携わってきました。After working as a public school teacher, I have been involved in supervising, supporting, and interpreting technical intern trainees and specified skilled workers, including volunteer work, for over 20 years.

HATANAKA IMELDA・・・技能実習生、特定技能外国人の支援、相談、通訳を20年以上にわたって行なってまいりました。夜間における病院引率、市役所への同行など、常に外国人に寄り添い、アドバイスをし、無事帰国するまで世話を行なってまいりました。遠方にいる監理団体等ではできない迅速な支援活動ができます。

　I have been providing support, consultation, and interpretation for technical intern trainees and specified skilled workers for over 20 years. I am always there for foreigners, offering advice and caring for them until they return home safely, including escorting them to hospitals at night and accompanying them to city hall. I am able to provide swift support that cannot be provided by supervising organizations located far away.
